Mohamed Farah (Co-Founder)
Mohamed Farah is an entrepreneur and seasoned Business Systems Analyst with over 10+ years of experience across telecommunications, aviation, supply chain, and government healthcare. As the founder of Guriiibso.so, Somaliland’s leading property listing platform, he has transformed the real estate market and driven economic growth. Currently, he works as a Business Systems Analyst Contractor for a major governmental health agency in Canada, focusing on continuing care system improvements. Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering from Concordia University and certifications including CBAP and PMP. Through his work at Khawarizmi Research Institute, he leverages data analytics and system development to support policy, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Salma Mohamed Operations Manager
Salma Mohamed is a Somali Integrative Psychotherapist (BACP MSc) with experience across clinical, community, and educational settings. A Hafidh of the Qur’an, she studied in Somaliland, Egypt, and Yemen - spending four years in Hargeisa, where she gained deep insight into the multiple emotional and cultural realities which shaped her work in supporting young people and families in her community. At Sheffield Mind and in secondary schools, she offers integrative CYP therapy specialising in child and adolescent development, trauma, and bicultural identity struggles, using a multimodal approach tailored to each client.
Abdulrahim Elmi is a seasoned leader with 27+ years of experience in management, leadership, and social impact. As the founder of Roots TV, he has dedicated his career to empowering at-risk youth through creative arts and mentorship. With a background in market research and system development, he has worked with leading arts organisations, driving strategic initiatives and youth-focused programs. Mr. Elmi holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Liverpool University and a Google Data Analytics Certificate (2022). In 2023, he was nominated for Australian of the Year for his youth empowerment and social change contributions. Also Mr Elmi, is an a award winner Documentary Producer .
